July 2009 - President's Day at Buckingham !

Mike Lightfoot held his first President's Day at Buckingham on Sunday 5th July 2009 and it was a glorious day in good weather and good scores. Mike invited four of his friends (pictured left Ted, Eddie, President Mike, Russell, Roger) to play as his guests on this special day and presented Russell with a prize for beating his playing partners. We were fed and watered and looked after all day and stood back later in the evening when he presented the days prizes. 41 points won the big prize and the best gross of the day was 3 under par but alas, this poor golf hack only returned 38 points as he plays off +1 and only picked up 3rd prize in division 1 !
